Spending a Token is what keeps bidding meaningful — brands know every response comes from a factory serious about the work.

Cost scales with the project’s budget, so bigger opportunities cost more to bid on:

Bidding holds your Tokens; you only pay when the intro happens. If the brand declines, picks another factory, or doesn't answer within 7 days, the Tokens go straight back to your balance. On projects of $50,000 and up there's one more step before you pay: once the brand picks you, you send them your questions (pick from our list, or write two of your own), and you only confirm the intro if their answers work for you. Pass, and the Tokens come back. Each project caps at 5 bidding factories, so you're never one of fifty.

Purchased Tokens roll over month to month and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Tokens included with membership roll over as long as your membership is active.

The brand sees your factory profile, reviews, and ratings alongside your expression of interest, then accepts or declines. If accepted, you're connected directly — Runsheet takes no commission on the work. The job is yours, the relationship is yours.
